    • 6-pack Take & Bake
    • French Dinner Rolls
    • 4 salmon steaks
    • 1 small shallot
    • 2 stalks of dill
    • 1 tbl Dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp of chili powder
    • 1 tsp of black pepper
    • 2-3 tbl bread crumbs
    • 1/2 purple cabbage
    • 3 carrots
    • 4 tbl mayonnaise


    • Remove skin from salmon steaks
    • Chop 2/3 Dice shallot and add to bowl with dillof salmon into small cubes and 1/3 into minced pieces
    • Dice shallot and add to bowl with dill
    • Add salmon to the bowl, and season with chili powder and black pepper. Add Dijon mustard, and mix
    • Form small salmon patties and set aside
    • Heat cast iron pan on low heat, then add a tablespoon of butter to the pan
    • Grill salmon patties on each side until golden brown
    • Bake dinner rolls in the oven until golden brown.
    • Slice in half then grill in cast iron
    • Make coleslaw with cabbage, carrots, and Mayo then set aside
    • Add Mayo to both roll halves, then salmon patty.
    • Top with coleslaw
    • Serve with vegetables like carrots and cucumbers
